In the construction of the museum, the Treasury Department contemplated on the history of Wat Sungkwej School of printing, as it is the first school to systematically teach the practice of printing in Thailand. It was also previously a printing house for textbooks. With the history, a replication of an old day classroom was created along side an on going exhibition aimed to propagate knowledge of the history of printing in Thailand. This is divided into sections for the public to come and experience as they are pleased.
