The Treasury Department recognizes the importance of making the most out of each surplus land. Apart from inviting public to the treasury to view its activities as well as experience the ancient era of Banglamphu, the Pipitbanglamphu is also designed to facilitate free learning by providing many historical books on Banglamphu amongst other subjects as well as e-book all contained in the library situated underneath the wooden building and made available to the general public.
